Individual Stableford. Full index handicap over 18 holes on every course. Maximum course handicap 24.
The Senior Champions Tour (TSCT) will be divided into two divisions at every event. The handicap categories for each division will be determined on the day based on the entries received on the day. The median handicap on the day will decide the two divisions. There will be three winners in each of the two divisions per event.
The top three golfers in the Order of Merit during the season will be declared the winners.
Each competitor will play off their current handicap index, rounded to the nearest number at each fixture with a maximum allowance of 24.
A TSCT appointed committee will monitor handicaps and event scores. It will determine if an individual handicap needs to be amended. Any amendment will relate to TSCT events only. The decision of the Handicap Monitoring Committee will be binding and final. No correspondence will be entertained.
For all winners, a 10% reduction in their handicap index will apply (or the prevailing handicap index if lower) at consecutive events.
According to EGF guidelines, it is the responsibility of the golfer to register their round. Failure to do so may result in the golfer not be eligible for prizes for the following tournament.
The Order of Merit will be calculated on the four best scores of the 6 qualifying events.
Generally, the play will be from the white tees; however, there may be some variation.
